Aims and Objectives

Area of Objectives

The areas of application of the society will be Indian with special emphasis on J&K State.

The aims and objectives for which the society is being of registered are as under:-

To set up and administer specialized centers, Educational & Training Institutions and run appropriate Programmes for the benefits of poor sections of the society, orphans, physically and mentally handicapped, widows, old and infirm, militancy affected women and Children, beggars and other targets group for their educational, social and vocational rehabilitation, welfare and upliftment in rural and urban areas.

To undertake activities for educational, moral cultural and social awakening for the masses through lectures, files exhibitions, creative and fine arts. Cultural programmes and centers, newsletter, newspaper, mass complaints and movements, publications, communication, associations, awareness camps and taking up of practical programmes and schemes with audio visual aids from social welfare centers to different states of society in rural and urban areas

To set up hostel accommodation for the poor section of the society, orphans physically and mentally handicapped, widows, old and infirm, militancy affected women & Children and other target group. To provide the food and all other required facilities to the blind, destitute and deserted elderly men & women

To organize charitable activities and undertake multifarious programme for the welfare, development, relief and betterment of the different needy sections of the society whether in rural or urban meetings

To confer awards, honour, scholarships to the deserving individuals in various fields on educational and training

To promote educational/technical educational activities in rural/urban areas for the poor and needy masses

To acquire shelter for settlement/ rehabilitation of un-settled/ homeless class, community, construction of houses;/ flats to be provided to the needy at very reasonable rates or on rental basis

To establish institutions for imparting specialized training course, coaches centres for various job oriented fields which may also include various trades for self-employment

To establish centres research and developmental institutions for development of Gojri/Pahari/ Dogri/ Kashmiri/ Urdu languages and culture

To give boost to local handicrafts/ fine arts like Lohi Kambals, Gabbas, Namdas, Carpets and wood products including doors, windows etc. in order to give employment opportunity to the people of NGO meant for a special agency/ to ameliorate the lost of peole manufacturing, producing such articles/ goods shall be set – up which will exploit the modalities for sale of such goods / articles in other markets and also setting – up of domestic inductees

To campaign for ecological balance and against pollution through seminars / publication etc for general awareness, adoption of measures against pollution and plantation of numerous trees particularly herbal plants

The NGO will uplift the moral values of all sections including the spirit of love, affection and oneness among all sections, to create WILL confidence spirit of self help and services and create universal brotherhood among all sections of people. To revive moral value based upon norms to overcome social evils such as exploitation of child labour terriorism, regionalism and fundamentalism, organizing of seminars by inviting preachers upon ethical approach in the welfare of humanity and individually and as well as through publications to books and magazines

The society shall establish Education / Computer Centre of imparting Training to the needy street children and institutions for designing (Fashion Textile) for imparting Training to the children of schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe / Down Trodden Backward and poor people of the state.

To execute works the Rural Development like Panchayat Development works, Renovations, construction works for development of Rural areas, Watershed programmes community sanitation Programmes, Rural & Urban Plantation Programmes etc.

To do all such lawful acts as are incidental to and conductive to the attainment of these aims and objects.

To promote Tourism, develop tourism related activities in every possible place of tourism interest and make efforts for inviting more and more tourisms to such places of interests anywhere in India or abroad.

To execute works for the Development of people belonging to various Tribes and communities of J&K State as well as India. To Provide development facilities to various Tribal sections of the society like opening Educational/ Technical Education Centres, Provide every possible help to these Tribes in Collaboration with the concerned department or independently or through Ministry of Tribal Affairs, etc.

To Promote farming in each sector by extending every possible help to the Farmer, Providing advance knowledge and ways of agriculture to the farmers. To impart knowledge of Food Processing and establish Food Processing Unit, Agriculture / Horticulture Training Centres for the Promotion of Agriculture/ Horticulture Products.

To make people aware about Human Rights, their fundamental rights and use of legal rights for seeking justice, to make them aware about Right to Information Act. To provide them legal help aid for seeking justice through law.

This society can open any other Branch anywhere in India or outside for the welfare of the General Public as well as to enhance the field of work of this organization.

To do all such lawful acts for the welfare as well as development of the overall society as are incidental to and conductive to the attainment of these aims and objects.
